Asterion is opening a world-class 3,000 sq ft Recovery & Wellness Hub in the heart of Exeter, bringing elite-level recovery out of professional sport and into everyday life.

Our hub is designed to give everyone access to the same recovery standards trusted by professionals, from advanced recovery equipment to evidence-led guidance and structured protocols.
