Usage
For use before bed, apply the lotion to the centre of the chest as required. For use for lingering muscle soreness, apply the lotion to the skin above skeletal muscles. The lotion will stand up as a massage oil if required.

The lotion is for topical use only, do not consume, or vaporise and inhale the oil under any circumstance. Do not apply to open wounds or areas of broken skin. Do not use if pregnant. If you have any named medical disorder or take any prescription drugs, consult your doctor before use. If skin irritation occurs on usage, discontinue use immediately.
